How do I create an account?

1) Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select “I am a new customer”.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We have four available payment methods:

When will I be charged?
PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.

What sort of payment confirmation will I receive?
You will receive an order confirmation which contains the link to your PayPal payment.
If for some reason, the payment process is interrupted, this link offers you the chance to reprocess your payment with PayPal. Please note, however that after three hours payment via PayPal is no longer possible.

Can I pay by PayPal without creating a PayPal account?
Yes, in order to do so select PayPal as your preferred payment method during checkout, at the end of the ordering process you will be directed to PayPal. If you would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and you can enter your card details and confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.

What happens if I return?
The amount will be credited to your PayPal account, unless you have paid as a guest then the amount will be credited to your bank account.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Primary Form of Communication

In order to provide our customers with the most up to date information regarding products and orders, our primary form of communication is via email. All order updates will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed. For this reason, please be sure to use a valid email address when placing your order.
